Inside the platform, a request passes through identity resolution, policy selection, content inspection, and an action, then goes out to a public generative AI service or to a private model through the Gateway and Model Router. An identity provider and Directory Sync feed users and groups in. User Activity, Insights, and telemetry export record the outcome of every governed request.
