Verify the integration

Describes verifying traffic interception using ready.surepath.ai with Certificate Trust and Network Configuration tests. Covers interpreting results and troubleshooting.

F5 Workforce AI Security provides a tool that checks whether an endpoint is set up to integrate with the Workforce AI Security platform. After you deploy the configuration to target devices, use the Ready tool at https://ready.surepath.ai to verify the integration.

Interpret the results

The Ready tool runs a test automatically when the page loads. If both tests show green Valid results, the endpoint is integrated correctly. Workforce AI Security then processes generative AI traffic from that endpoint.

The Certificate Trust test can show a red Invalid result. This means the device or browser doesn't trust the Workforce AI Security root certificate authority (CA) certificate. You might not have deployed the certificate to the device yet. Check the local certificate trust store on the device for the SurePath AI Root CA certificate. If the certificate is installed, restart the device. The browser might not read the new certificate until you do.

If the Network Configuration test shows a red Invalid result, the Workforce AI Security platform isn't receiving traffic from the endpoint. This means the network configuration isn't on the device yet. Some browsers and applications, like Firefox, ignore system-level proxy settings. These applications use internal proxy settings. You must set them separately.
