Overview
You can create groups manually. You can also sync specific groups of users from a directory service. Most of the configuration for directory sync happens in the admin UI.
Prerequisites
You need the following to complete this configuration:
Admin rights to F5 Workforce AI Security
Admin rights to your directory service
Procedure
Note: Click Save if a step references an option that isn't visible yet. During Entra configuration, some options appear only after you save.
Log in to the Workforce AI Security admin interface.
Click Organization in the CONFIGURE section and select the Identity tab.
Click Sync.
Select your directory provider.
Follow the on-screen instructions for that directory provider.
Click Users & Groups in the CONFIGURE section.
Click Groups to view the synced groups.
